The market center motivates people to drop in and get to work quickly in their choice of settings, such as open workstations; shared and private offices; conference rooms; and soundproof lead-generation rooms. Open collaborative spaces sprinkled throughout encourage authentic, shared experiences that today’s sales associates value.
OPS designed mini-suites that include private, team meeting rooms and offices for agents who prefer to work near one another. Collective work areas and phone booths offer additional options depending on the nature of team members’ work on any given day.
Special features
Associates and their clients enter the market center through a welcoming reception area, known as “the living room.” Leadership and staff offices were placed nearby, which existing agents and new recruits find appealing. They are motivated by a distinct atmosphere of mentorship and access to whatever they need.
Market center staff routinely move through the dynamic workspace wearing headphones to directly support associates without missing a call.
Seamless technology and moveable glass walls allow a training room to open to multifunctional spaces on all sides. An adjacent coffee bar, designated quiet room, spacious coaching office, and communal areas do double duty as overflow spaces for large training sessions.
Even children belong in their own hangout room, which keeps kids engaged and parents productive.
