KW Energy in Oshawa, Ontario wanted it all — and wanted it fast.

Operating Principal Jamie-Lee Bongard asked Office Planning Solutions to create a conceptual design within 20 days that included nothing short of a sophisticated, state-of the-art market center to engage sales agents and boost productivity.

The vision, inspired by the latest hospitality design trends, was to accommodate more than 500 associates in a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where all their needs are met.

OPS designed the market center to give everyone who enters a feeling that they belong there, as if they just stepped into a luxury hotel that caters to their every need.

The beautiful, multifunctional space offers all the amenities associates desire to make the most of their limited time:

  • an inviting reception area with a dual-sided fireplace
  • expandable training room with the latest communications technology
  • shared team suites
  • movable glass partitions
  • multiple conference and break rooms

These features provide interconnected, flexible communal areas where agents collaborate and receive support from staff, leadership, and colleagues.

The office provides quiet, comfortable areas for focused work and maximum productivity, with:

  • soundproof lead-generation booths
  • revenue-producing rented private offices
  • workstations with height-adjustable sit-stand desks for drop-in agents

A wellness center and shower rooms; café space; centrally located support staff; and easy access to productivity coaches give associates the encouragement and conveniences that go beyond desirable to providing competitive advantage.
