Client feedback: “Our new space has tremendously impacted growth and our recruiting. Agents from other companies are blown away with the functionality, the sophistication, and the flexibility the space gives to our agents and leadership teams.” —Tony Carnesi, Team Leader and CEO.

Keller Williams Realty DTC began its latest market center expansion and remodel in 2015 with guidance from Office Planning Solutions to get the most flexibility and productivity out of every one of its nearly 30,000 square feet of office space.

Team Leader and CEO Tony Carnesi says, “Working with Office Planning Solutions helped us revise, update, and perfect the space plan to suit our needs and our wishes. We could have never done this project without them. Anyone about to embark on this process would be remiss in not consulting with Office Planning Solutions.”

The project was so notable, the esteemed Denver Business Journal highlighted the updated space in photographs and video. The publication boasted that more than 500 sales associates come to the market center to brainstorm and work together, to build their businesses and teams, to generate sales and celebrate, and especially to learn.

The market center offers upward of 50 training sessions per month in its state-of-the-art training area, which includes a wellness room, break room, conference rooms, productivity coaching offices, and an Ignite room to support sales development.

“Our new space has tremendously impacted growth and our recruiting. Agents from other companies are blown away with the functionality, the sophistication, and the flexibility the space gives to our agents and leadership teams. It truly has helped us build a greater productivity focused culture,” says Mr. Carnesi.

Being home to multiple businesses within a business is testament to the market center’s cultural development.

The market center houses a distinct luxury division off the reception area that contains six private offices, a conference room, lead generation rooms, and its own administrative staff workstations. The luxury division has easy access to the rest of the market center to take advantage of all it offers.

Six real estate teams call the second floor of the market center home. When new recruits take a “power walk” through the market center to learn what they can aspire to as a KW sales associate, the second-floor team suites make a powerful impression.

“The teams love their space,” says Mr. Carnesi. “The team suites have increased productivity and focus, while the teams are still an integral part of the Market Center.”
